I have been a loyal Customer with HSBC for 15 years. However HSBC doesnt care about its Customers, it only looks for new customers to expand its business. I recently tried to apply for a Mortgage with HSBC. I contacted the HSBC customer service several time but they were very rude and unwilling to help.Finally I managed to get hold of Gloucester branch Mortgage advisor ( Michelle Byrne) phone number. When I contacted her, she never answers the phone or text. She simply doesnt care and is not bother about contacting back.Ashamed being a HSBC Advance customer.
