Long wait, staff dont care, if you go plan to be there an hour!!!
Went there today with my husband. I can not believe the fantastic customer service we had either by the jolly lady at the reception or the lady who inside who managed to serve us even though we did not make an appointment to open a new acc. All went nice and smooth. Best customer service ever.
Long wait only to find that the branch staff are useless! Ill be leaving Barclays having been with them for 30 years, their reward for my loyalty is contempt!
Wonderful staff who do their best to assist the many customers. I agree .. Too many machines that change too frequent and difficult for the elderly to keep abreast with the times. One star lost for the length of time one has to wait for a consultant.
