I was nominated for the IZ 20 challenge. Wow what a great month, I loved it. Great place to train, good vibe and tunes. Chris who runs it is great and everyone makes you feel so welcome. I am moving at the moment so hectic with that but I will be back as soon as I have settled in. I have been training for years, this place has a lot of energy, its hard training and most of all good fun, how training should be!!
