Great gym. Always been able to get on everything I want without having to wait. Classes are good and staff are all friendly. Only downside is there always seems to be something that needs fixing.

The reception desk are always friendly & lovely. Never been & they haven't asked how i am or w,e. Jacuzzi is amazing. I think 30 a month is good value!! Staff would always help if you needed to know how to use equipment too. Same can't be said for cheaper gyms. Ive only tried Teresa's classes but they are amazing!!
This Gym really should be averaging 4 or 5 stars. Great friendly staff, loads of kit and good selection of free weights. BUT let down by very poor facilities management. The aircon has been broken for months, so people are sweating all over the place in the heatwave, turning a good gym into a sweaty poop hole! DW Fitness First, you need to raise the bar and stop giving your loyal members lame excuses. "Can't get the parts" "It's an expensive repair".
Very reasonably priced gym for the facilities available. Gym has good equipment and a great choice of classes. Poem is a good size and has a steam room with two jacuzzis. My only suggestion is need to work quicker to get out of order machines back up and running as can take a while at times.
