  A decent greeting and a decent roomthough some tired decoration in the bathroom. Air conditioning wasn't working either which made the room a bit uncomfortable until we opened the windows.

  The pool and health area is good including closed showers... however the breakfast area is so miss managed and needs a lot of improvement... especially one area ....the kitchen staff seem to have no understanding of vegetarians ...Would stand on the other side and Chuck the tongs in trays and they were being used by customer equally in a mess between sausages...the tongs were not colour coded for ease of use or vegetarian items kept separately....If this is the case in front of customers I can imagine the cross contamination behind the scenes....

  Free parking, good service. I wish more healthy veg food option. A bit expensive for where it is.

  A nice, clean and well maintained hotel. I found it very comfortable as I was staying there for the week on business. The bathroom may look a little tired and felt a bit small, but on the whole it is a hotel which I will stay at again. Staff were very pleasant and helpful at breakfast time.

  Good hotel with decent amenities. Checking in took a while as the guy on the front desk wasn't very good at booking people in but he was friendly and curtious. We had executive rooms which are decent size and was very clean. There was tea making facilities, water, and some chocolates. Facilities included sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and decent size swimming pool. Breakfast at the restaurant was as expected of a holiday inn.
