Long wait for food but were not advised of this before seating. People who were seated after us were served first. Had to chase up drink for my son. Wanted to order desserts but could not get staffs attention so just went up to tills to ask to pay and left. Will not be going back.
Friendly as and helpful staff. Pizza fine, good deals. The buffet area can sometimes be quite messy.
As you can expect it's a family place so busy. Food pricey. Waited on fries had to ask twice fries came & they wasn't cooked properly. I had veggie pizza I enjoyed it. My partner had Texas he said it was ok. Salad bar: what was left was nice but it was a mess. Food all over the floor just a mess. I understand children like to get their own though so that's where that comes in. My son loves the ice cream. He can do it himself & put sauce & sprinkles on.
I want to start by saying that the staff deserve a 5* review because they were clearly understaffed the night we visited and were under a lot of pressure to deliver the level of customer care and quality food that is expected of them by consumers and their employer.They were all very attentive and the food they produced in my opinion, given the strain they were under was prepared beautifully and tasted great, alongside offering a welcoming environment. I would have given a 1* review as I want to bring awareness to Pizza Hut that what they are expecting of their staff is unacceptable but that would reflect badly on those who are clearly doing all they can to meet their employers expectation and on the less than acceptable levels of pay for what they expect from them is disgraceful and by not staffing their restaurants accordingly are only adding to that pressure. Pizza Hut should be ashamed of themselves.
Hot food, excellent service.We went a long late on a Sunday afternoon - 4 adults, 3 children. The place was heaving and it looked like there were only two or three servers on shift. Nevertheless all the food quickly arrived hot and as ordered.The salad bar was well stocked and everything looked fresh. The problem with the ice cream machine was rectified almost immediately.The staff were great. Always cheerful despite the place being very busy. They were excellent with the children.No problem parking in the large car park outside.
