John was very helpful on phone and gave us good information that we went to see him same day. He told us all about facility and as told him I was disabled he said they would offer us ground floor . He then showed us around and gave us a look at two size units . We agreed on larger one and we completed information and started storage next day
the unit was secure, clean, and with easy access at all times the people I spoke to were very helpful, I used the unit to store all my belongings as i was between house moves would highly recommend them and i would use them again

If you are clever it works out a good deal, if you have to stay a long time it works out expensive as do most storage options. they solved my storage problems and when I had to change units it was a simple and no fuss procedure
