The worst agency and nearly cost us to be out of pocket in 10s of thousands.There were our exclusive selling agency and I had a buyer approaching us knocking on our door and asking if we would be interested to sell privately rather than going theough Grants agency as they were non responsive a few days before the festive season. This seller actually ended up putting an offer through their solicitor and us accepting it, this seller saved us in so many way I cant even imagine. They were god sent and grants agency had turned them around. Unfortunately legally we are still required to pay Grants commission which we will dispute in court. All I can say is listen to bad feedbacks and please stay away.To Grants, Please dont bother responding and politically ignoring this by drifting away from the fact that you are a usless agency and only operating for money forgetting your code of ethics

If you are using Grants Rentals, please make sure you have a very good insurance policy. You are just a another number to them. For everything, they will say that you have to claim it from your insurance.Had number of issues with my last two tenants and attended v-cat 5 times. I have been dealing with the property management about one of their troublesome tenants that has been a nuisance since December last year and continues to be as of writing. The agent says they have given breach notices and contacted the council. I highly doubt this, as the tenant continues to be a problem. How many times must they breach their contract before they are removed? I'm sure the neighbours the sold a home to would be happy to know they willingly sold a house to someone knowing there was issues with a neighbour who is a tenant of the same agent. Their replies to emails take weeks. They refused to be contacted by phone and insist on emails. No doubt because they are lazy and useless. After seeing other reviews here it seems tenants of this agent can get away with anything they wish to. Don't waste time with this company as you will get nowhere just like I have for the last 8 month'.
