Unable to contact by phone. Missed delivery card not left... terrible!
Several times I've had no knock at the door, just a missed delivery note put through my letterbox. Can't contact them by phone, put through to an awful automated service. Very poor customer service indeed.
do not use these as your source of delivering items. There are better companies out there which will contact you before a delivery is scheduled. Royal mail said on the website they left a calling card in which they never so they returned the item. I have been waiting 20 days now and I now have to file yet another claim on Amazon. Twice this has happened and will make sure I don't use them again.
