Wow. I've been twice to a public hospital with both amazing experiences. First time in a private and I'm disguisted. I came out of surgery pretty groggy which I expected. All I wanted was water a cold bottle of water . I asked my nurse that was on and he said it was too far to go get it. Each time I pressed for a nurse to come in it took no joke 30-60 mins. So many times they went to go use tape and it says it on my file 100x over "ALLERGY. TAPES" ONE of the nurses was so rude to my husband who tried his hardest to come see me as we have two kids under 4 , he turned around and said to him "don't just stand there staring at her give her face a gentle touch and started touching my face innapropriatley" me and my husband both felt so uncomfortable at that stage and just couldn't wait to get out of the hell hole. All the nurses were so just out of training as when I asked questions about what I was taking they couldn't tell me. My only hope was google. I felt so trapped inside this hospital. At one stage I was allergic to a pain killer so it made me vomit so many times I was sitting in my own vomit for an hour or so before they would even help me! Even the main doctor when I was being discharged was so rude he wouldn't even let me finish my question before he spoke over me time and time again. I had no energy to fight him as I was in so much pain still leaving. They even called me two to three days later telling me I had left behind my "belongings" I had no idea what I had left so my husband again lugging two small children went up to get them at this stage 5 days had passed by the time he could get there as we don't live too close and when he gotten upstairs there was not one person on the ward. He noticed my name in an envelope on it so he took it assuming it was mine. When he got home it was medication? Why wasn't I given these pain killers to begin with by the head doctor of thiS hospital? So here I am at home in agony without the correct tablets. Then when I called the chemist they still expected me to pay for this two packets when I got my doctor to write me a script when I got home! So please save yourself the thousands of dollars and the rude nursing and the doctors who are arrogant. Not my surgeon personally but I will be advising her also on this horrendous experience and customer service. DO NOT GO TO THIS hospital EVER !!!!!!!!!If I could give this hospital a zero star I would! PS why the fu** are there cameras in these hospital rooms? ?? Pretty sus to me
Overall I was very impressed with the condition of the hospital (clean and organised) and the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable during my stay there.
Fantastic hospital. The best private hospital in the area.
My wife come in for a procedure at 2pm its after5 PM and they have not even started what a waste of my time sitting here playing with my fingers if they told me I would have done something else
