We find Dr Shevy Perera very nice gentle personWell spoken.Great bed manners.What I did not like was the after care by his staff/ nurses .I got a call by Kym telling me that I have milk tolerance and that she was going to email me the report and to take probiotics I never got that report i had to call more then once to see where it was as i find out it was send at the wrong address.When I called back a week later and spoke to Harley she was not helpful and rudeI told her that I did not receive the email and if she could please send it to me in my email. She was not happy about it and her answer was it is extra work for her. I was very d by thatA week later got a call back from Kym as she was away and told me that she did send it not quite sure but things she send it to the wrong address.I was not happy at all and not only that but also that I have a bacterial that Dr Perera wants me to go to strong medication for itI cant understand why she did not tell me the first time she spoke to meI had to wait for another week to get the script that I had to keep calling to see where was my script Very an professional specially that I had to have treatment for my bacterial The whole thing took 3 weeks to getI did not like her attitude as I did not go to the hospital for fun I was sickThey customer service was poor.I had to go and see my Family DR not only they took 3 weeks for me to get some results they send the wrong result to my Dr that i had no bactirial.How bad is this.My Dr had to call Dr Perera direct to get the correct result.As much as I was very happy by DR Perera .I was very upset and disappointed by his staff .I will not be going back They slowed my tratment by 3 weeks by careless mistakes and telling me it is going to be extra work to send me my result because they made a mistake by sending my papers to the wrong address His nurse did drop the script to my letter box but I was happy to go and get it my self to make sure I will have it this timeNot happy at allThank you DR PereraXx
